The Prince’s Initiative is a national charity based in the UK, assisting predominantly unemployed over-50s to become self-employed or to set up in business.  The Prince’s Initiative provides business start-up information and support, training for clients and advisors, conducts research and works with government and other agencies to improve levels of entrepreneurship for the 50+.
The Prince’s Initiative has 10 years experience of piloting and delivering a range of initiatives to promote entrepreneurship in the older age group and to provide access to appropriate support to enable those who are most challenged to progress towards an enterprise solution.
The Prince’s Initiative’s expertise is sought by local, regional and national government through which The Prince’s Initiative contributes to policy development and influences the political agenda in a positive manner towards the potential of enterprise for older people.
